Dr. LIN received his B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the South China University of Technology in 2000 and an MBA (2004), M.A. (2005) and Ph.D. (2006) from Warrington College of Business Administration, University of Florida. Dr. Lin's interest includes banking and financial institutions, mutual funds, corporate finance, corporate governance, financial regulation, public economics, and development economics. His papers are published or forthcoming in Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Comparative Economics, Economic Development and Cultural Change, Journal of Regulatory Economics, Managerial and Decision Economics, Review of Industrial Organization, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Applied Economics and others. He has served as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank.
