101 Tower
Taipei 101 is the tallest building
in the world, with a mass of shops on the lower floors incorporating many
top brands under the LVMH group. The fourth floor houses the Page One
bookstore from Singapore, with the highest-roofed coffee house in Taipei and
many fine restaurants.

National Palace Museum
The National Palace Museum houses the world’s largest collection of
priceless Chinese art treasures, one which spans China’s nearly 5000-year
history. Most of the museum’s 620,000 art objects were part of the Chinese
imperial collection, which began over 1000 years ago in the early Sung
dynasty.

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial
Hall
Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is located in the heart of Taipei City. The
area is 250,000 square meters and it is the attraction most visited by
foreign tourists. The great building has become a landmark of Taipei City.
There are also places for international art performances. They are National
Theater and National Concert Hall.

Ximending
Ximending is in the northeastern part of Wanhua District in Taipei City and
it is also the most important consumer district in the Western District of
Taipei. There are many emerging squares and activity locations. On holidays
and at weekends, people gather here for art, culture events or sports, music
performance. The young people come here for fashion. Ximending fulfills the
needs of different groups of people.

Street
Yongkang Street is a street famous for fine dining and delicious snacks. The
small alleys and lanes of this street are home to many best known
restaurants and snack stalls in the world. As this area neighbors the Daan
Park and is famous for savory food, it always attracts large crowds of
people, at night and on holidays.

Shilin Night Market
It is the one of the largest night
market in Taipei. The night market is formed by many prosperous shops on
Wenlin Road, Dadong Road and Danan Road, etc. Many visitors have come to
Shilin Night market to enjoy the delicious food, such as large pancake
enfolding small pancake, hot pot on stone or Shilin sausage. It has become
renowned place for great foods.

Keelung
Temple Space
The renowned food market in Keelung
has been founded for more than 40 years. There are many kinds of eatery here
and more than 200 food stands gather in the area of 400 meters. The famous
dishes include soup mix, fried pastry, meat soup, fried oysters and meat on
rice, etc. There are seafood, fried chicken, cold desserts, and more.
Visiting the food market will give you a chance to taste all of the famous
dishes in Taiwan.

Danshui
Fisherman's Wharf
It is a multi-purpose leisure
fishing port developed by the Taipei County Government. There are
magnificent floating piers and a specious park, with a bridge in the shape
of a boat spanning across the harbor and a wooden path stretching over 300
meters at the waterfront. It is relaxing to lean against the fence enjoying
the breeze and sights at the Danshui River mouth. In the evening, this is
the best place to watch the view of the sunset.

Jioufen
Jiufen is located within the hills in northeast of Taiwan. The village is
next to the mountain and facing the sea. Several movies chose to shoot here
and the movies won international acknowledgement.
The most prosperous
shopping district is Jiufen Old Street. There are many visitors on the
street. Along the street there are shops vending the most famous country
snack of Jiufen, yam dish and various local dishes. The trip to Jiufen is
full of fun and delights.

Hualien
Apart from the natural beauty of the
city, Hualien also offers tourists many other attractions: the waterfront
Seaside Park; Nanbin Park with its numerous marine sculptures, the "Hawaii
of the East" Resort built in Polynesian style, reef walking and rock
collection at Qixingtan, and the Buddhist Jingsi Temple.
Hualien was called “chi-lai” in the ancient period. Owing to the Hualien
River empties into the Pacific Ocean on the East Coast , where the surge and
wave is turbulent, it is also called “huei-lan,” similar sound with Hualien.

Taroko National Park is one of the
seven national parks in
Taiwan and
was named after the Taroko Gorge, the landmark gorge of the park.

Chisingtan
Chisingtan is located in Beipu Village, Sincheng
Township, in the northeast of Hualien City. Visitors can get there via the
Meilun Industrial Park by following the signs in front of the National
Hualien University of Education. The beach there has an elegant arch shape.
The seawater here is clean and blue. The black stones there are crystal.
From here visitors can see the great green mountains afar and the twisting
highways.

Lin Tian Shan Culture
Studio
Lin Tian Shan was called “摩里沙卡” in the past. In 70th century, which was the
bloom of lumber manufacturing and over 2000 people lived here. However, the
release of new protection policy lead the decline of this small town.
