Increasingly employers are turning to online or video interviews to screen candidates. Successfully presenting oneself in these interviews is often an essential step in the recruitment process. Students have to submit a 3-minutes self-introduction video in advance. All participants are able to receive peer and facilitator review in a small group setting. At the end, students are confident and more competent about creating a successful video of self-introduction.
