Dr Noel Leung, our DBA 2011 graduate, shares his experience post CityU DBA

Having completed my DBA programme at CityU, I believed my learning life would end. However, I realize that I would apply my professional and academic knowledge to add color to my life, i.e. research, teaching and service. I modified my DBA thesis into some research papers, and one of them “Corporate governance and firm value: Evidence from Chinese state-controlled listed firms” was published in June 2013. Apart from doing research, I also act as thesis advisor in an overseas university to assist the doctorate students to kick off and continue their thesis. Finally, I also contribute my alma mater by acting as a mentor to share a unique blend of business and life experience with her MBA students. Now I believe my learning life is ongoing.
