  • Citic International Bank
    Reviewed the portfolio models of its private banking services. 

  • Hong Kong SAR Government
    Served as a court expert witness of a dispute on land rent on Kwai Chung terminals between the government and a listed company. 

  • JP Morgan
    Served as a court expert witness of a dispute on interest rate derivatives between the bank and a China company.

  • DBS
    Served as a court expert witness of a dispute on wealth management services between the bank and a private banking client.

  • Bank of Communications (Hong Kong Branch)
    Reviewed and developed wealth management due diligence systems.


  • Securities and Futures Commission and Hong Kong Monetary Authority
    Advised the regulators on customer protection issues on wealth management products and mystery shopping programs.


  • Agricultural Bank of China
    Reviewed models on internal credit ratings developed by Ernst and Young and reviewed procedures to set risk appetite that prepared the bank for IPO in 2011.


  • Bank of China (Hong Kong)
    Provided training to the bank executives on credit risk, market risk and operational risk.


  • Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporations
    Provided training on credit derivatives valuation.


  • Dah Sing Bank
    Architected the internal credit ratings models, the wealth management product risk assessment models and the models for investor risk tolerance assessment.
