Admission
Applicants must satisfy all of the following to be eligible for admission:
- hold a recognised Bachelor's degree in any subjects, preferably not in Information Systems or Computer Science related, from one of the tertiary education institutions in Hong Kong funded by the University Grant Committee (UGC), or equivalent;
- have gained a basic level of computer literacy.
Graduates of non-English-speaking institutions should meet the following minimum English proficiency requirement:
- A TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test) or 79 (internet-based test); or
- An overall band score of 6.0 in IELTS; or
- Band 6 in the Chinese mainland's College English Test (a minimum score of 450 or above); or
- Other equivalent qualifications (e.g. TEM-8).
