BA Paper - Business Administration Paper

Description: With a history dating back to 1986, Business Administration Paper (BA Paper) is one of the oldest international business plan writing competitions and is annually organized by Hong Kong Federation of Business Students. In the competition, participants will be given chances to: equip themselves in the training session, mingle with business leaders at different events, be inspired by entrepreneurs and/or executives, get an internship spot, present their business to experienced business elites and scholars, interact with talented business undergraduates from other universities.


Cathay Pacific 24- Hour Hackathon

For:  current university students, but open to the public and non-university students as well

Description: Creating solutions that aim at enhancing customers' LifeWellTravelled experience with Cathay.Teams must consist of at least 3, and no more than 5 people. Description: Ctgoodjobs Jumping Man is on its fourth year, accompany with Hong Kong Airlines together as a partner. Student candidates are required to form a group of 3-4, completing two missions within two months. Missions are about designing innovative airline services and filming a short video interpreting the reasons joining Hong Kong Airlines.  


Student Project Management Award 2017

National College Student "Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship" Challenge

Description: "Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship" Challenge is organized by the Ministry of Education since 2009. It include 16000+ teams from 1000+ universities. The teams first attend regional contests and shortlisted ones will attend the national final contest.

Description: National "Challenge Cup" Competition 
( is the largest student innovation 
competition in China, which has about 30 years of history. It is

this national competition.  It is well recognized by Chinese Universities.

"Challenge Cup" Hong Kong regional competition is organized by HKNGCA. 
Please note that only the "Innovation Category" is connected with the 
National "Challenge Cup" and eligible for national recognition. We

ISACA Student Group Annual Case Competition

Description: A joint-university case competition organized by the CityU and UST ISACA Student Groups, supporting teams from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Baptist University, officially endorsed by the ISACA Hong Kong Chapter, focusing on developing local university students’ interest in IT Security.
Students from all suitable tertiary education institutions are invited to form teams and analyze a given Business X IT case related to the topic “Cyber Security”. The case competition will end with a large, public event, as part of IT Fest 2017.


HSBC/HKU Asia Pacific Business Case Competition
