Supported by Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund), HSBC and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), Hong Kong Council of Social Service is launching the “Silver Innovators’ Competition” this year with an aim to encourage and promote innovative ideas to address the needs for elderly persons.
