EMBA community has a blast at spring dinner party

The College’s Executive Master of Business Administration (Chinese) (EMBA Chinese) programme held a spring dinner to celebrate the Year of the Rooster on 14th January. Inspired by the Hong Kong film “In the Mood for Love”, the retro-themed party featured key elements of “the age of blossoms”, beauty and love. Over 100 guests joined the event and were all dressed in their finest clothes – the gentlemen’s suit and the Chinese cheongsam.

There was a series of activities and talent shows prepared by the students and alumni, including music and dance performances, comedy play, Chinese calligraphy and martial arts demonstration, etc. Other highlights of the party included lucky draws and awards presentation.

Prof Houmin Yan, Dean of College, Prof Wenyu Dou, Director of EMBA (Chinese) programme, Dr Yong Wang, Associate Director of the programme, together with other faculty members, shared the joy of the night with all the students and guests.
