John Tsang speaks at CityTalk

CityTalk invited former Financial Secretary Mr John Tsang to talk about Leadership 4.0 on 29 April at CityU. The seminar was co-organized by the Department of Marketing and the CityU EMBA Programme.

Prof Samuel Ho, Associate Provost (Institutional Initiatives) opened the event by talking about the spirit of CityTalk, a platform for speakers and audience to exchange dialogue on hot issues and to make an impact on society.

Mr John Tsang talked about the characteristics of Leadership 4.0, including share leadership, exchange mentorship, make transformation possible and align purpose. He also shared his ups and downs in delivering community services. He encouraged students to be bold to overcome challenges.

Students from the MKT department and a Global Business student Kevin Li has prepared a video and song performance (Eason Chan’s 無條件) to show appreciation to Mr Tsang’s devoted commitment to Hong Kong community.
