Team Dreamatic won the First Runner-up, Most Creative Team, and My Favourite Team awards. They proposed to set up an event management company called Dreamatic, hiring ethnic minorities and featuring their cultural traditions as the company’s event themes. The proposal aimed to provide training and working opportunities to ethnic minorities as well as to promote cultural diversity in Hong Kong.

“By forming a team and working on a project together, we leveraged our respective areas of expertise and developed diverse ideas. The process was interesting,” Jennifer Tang of Team Dreamatic commented. Jennifer was named the Best Presenter.

Jane Cheng, head of ACCA Hong Kong, believes that the competition not only helped sharpen the contestants’ business acumen, but raised their awareness of social issues. “Through this competition, we aim to polish their analytical skills, proposal-writing skills, communication skills and teamwork. We also want today’s youth to visualise the challenges that underprivileged families face daily,” she said.

Yama Hui of Team Dreamatic remarked: "Everyone is born with talent. You can always do better than expected. As long as we have passion, we can be powerful. With this strength, we will turn our dreams into reality. Aim high and dream high."

Agnes Fan, one of the winning team members of the Judges' Commendation Award, concluded her experience: “These achievements owed much to my hardworking teammates and teachers who gave us advice. We have become more aware of the current social issues and are committed to social responsibility now and in the future.”
