Professional Development

This program aims to assist the best Management students in their Final Year acquire the personal skills needed to secure their first job. Selection for participation in the Professional Development Program is competitive, and is designed for highly motivated students that want to get a job in one of Hong Kong's top companies.

To meet this aim, a comprehensive program is offered. Students participating in this program attend a year long series of workshops, covering a variety of areas such as:

  • Self-evaluation
  • Application letter and Resume Skills
  • Job Interview Skills.

Participants are trained intensively on their knowledge on Current Affairs. We brush up your spoken and written English which is a crucial requirement of most top employers. You are be able to meet and listen to top executives about their views on career development. There is both group and one-on-one coaching to help you develop your career paths.
