Consultancy Project

The Department of Management Sciences prides itself on its collaboration with industry in the search for relevant and useful solutions to the real life problems facing businesses and organizations in the present day. The Department's staff bring in vast regional and international consultancy, executive training and work experience. In addition, the Department's industrial contacts help students in their search for high quality employment

The list of client companies and consultancy tasks undertaken bears witness to this. In Hong Kong, members have carried out consultancy projects or executive training workshops for local organizations such as Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Cathay Pacific Airways and Kowloon Motor Bus (1933) Co. Ltd., etc. Internationally, the Department has worked for American Express, Eastman Kodak and AT&T.
