A three-day forum hosted by the UNECE International PPP Centre of Excellence for Public Transport Logistics on 9-11 May at City University of Hong Kong showcasing projects and approaches to people first Public-Private Partnerships, and how to work as one UN to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Besides a high level debate entitled "How can the international community support China to operationalize its OBOR initiative and develop best practice on People-First PPPs?". There were thematic sessions including Hong Kong Experience, Impact Investment, Smart Cities, Waste to Energy and Women’s Empowerment, etc. Over 200 experts from national governments, international organizations, corporations and academic institutions participated in the discussions of these topics.
