Organizing a Session

Deadline for Organizing a Session: July 31, 2009

Organizing a Session
Participants are encouraged to organize and chair parallel sessions with their own thematic topics. Session organizers are entitled to a fee discount. Please see Fee Schedule for details. Topics beyond our specified scope will be considered but are subject to approval by the organizer. Each organized session should have three individual presentations. Session Organizers have the privileges of nominating discussants for their own sessions but the Conference Secretariat reserves the right to assign discussants for presentations. Please see Session Organizer Guidelines below for details. (Download Session Organizer Application Form)

Session Organizer Guidelines
Session organizers are responsible for the arrangement of three presenters under their proposed topics. Furthermore, they should ensure that all three presenters register for the conference and are firmly committed. Please note that all papers to be presented in parallel sessions must also follow the peer review procedure for acceptance. Session organizers will be the chairperson of the session.

Step 2: Nominate a suitable person as discussant for each presentation (Please note that Session Organizer has the privilege to nominate discussants).
