Organizing a
Session
Participants are encouraged to organize and chair parallel sessions with their
own thematic topics. Session organizers are entitled to a fee discount. Please
see
Fee Schedule for details. Topics beyond our specified scope will be
considered but are subject to approval by the organizer. Each organized session
should have three individual presentations. Session Organizers have the
privileges of nominating discussants for their own sessions but the Conference
Secretariat reserves the right to assign discussants for presentations. Please

Session Organizer Guidelines
Session organizers are responsible for the arrangement of three presenters under
their proposed topics. Furthermore, they should ensure that all three presenters
register for the conference and are firmly committed. Please note that all
papers to be presented in parallel sessions must also follow the peer review
procedure for acceptance. Session organizers will be the chairperson of the
session.
Application
Procedures
Step 1: Advise prospective presenters your proposed topic and invite their
submissions of paper abstracts in relation to your topic.
Step 2: Nominate a
suitable person as discussant for each presentation (Please note that Session
Organizer has the privilege to nominate discussants).
Step 3: Fill in and
return the application form along with the abstracts and abstract submission
forms from your presenters.
