Hong Kong Economic Association.
Send four copies of the manuscript containing the telephone and fax numbers
and email addresses of the authors to the appropriate editor.
Authors residing in North America should send their manuscripts
to the Editor at the US office. Manuscripts from other parts

Ensure that italics and bold face are used correctly and are easily differentiated
from standard text. This applies throughout the article, not just in the mathematics.
Please avoid the use of mathematics in footnotes wherever possible.

and a proof will be sent to the corresponding author to be checked.
The corresponding author is responsible for proofreading the article,
and must follow the instructions sent by the publisher with the proof.
