Intercultural knowledge and effective communication are integral competencies in an era of globalization. CB offers a stimulating learning environment for our students to acquire such skills through both our formal and informal curriculum. In our vibrant CityU campus, our business programmes are taught by internationally diverse faculty, and we have the pleasure of hosting hundreds of international students and visitors annually in CB, thus providing valuable opportunities for mutually beneficial cross-cultural sharing and learning to occur. CB has also developed exciting co-curricular activities at home and abroad for our students to gain further personal and professional development. Overseas training to enable our students to become globally-minded and socially-aware citizens include our well-established and highly competitive Student Exchange Programme, as well as our extremely popular and growing portfolio of summer programmes, such as the Cultural and Language Immersion Scheme, various Service Learning and Social Entrepreneurship Abroad schemes.

Our dynamic and dedicated teams within CB are all highly committed to these various initiatives which collectively serve to expose our students to the world and simultaneously brings the world conveniently to our campus.

On behalf of all of us in the College of Business, I extend to you a very warm welcome.
