Mr. IP Yuk Keung, Albert was appointed an Independent Non-executive Director and the Chairman of Audit Committee of the Eagle Asset Management, asset manager of Champion Reit in 2011. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited, which is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
He is an international banking and real estate professional with 33 years of experience at Citigroup, First National Bank of Chicago, Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong, Asia and United States. His areas of expertise are in real estate, corporate banking, financial institutions, transaction banking, wealth management and risk management.
Mr. Ip is the Council Member of The Better Hong Kong Foundation, Council & Court Member of Lingnan University, Member of International Advisory Board, College of Business, City University of Hong Kong, Member and Governor of Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, Chairman of the Fund-raising Steering Committee at Vocational Training Council, Advisory Board Member of Faculty of Business Administration and Member of the International Advisory Committee of the University of Macau, Member of International Advisory Council for Asia and Advisory Board Member of Center for Finance & Accounting Research at Washington University in St. Louis, Council Member of Cornell University, Board of Governor of Hong Kong America Center and a Member of Investment Task Group of The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Lingnan University and City University of Hong Kong and an Executive Fellow in Asia for Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Ip graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science (summa sum laude), from Cornell University with Master in Applied Mathematics and from Carnegie-Mellon University with Master in Accounting & Finance.
