The Role: Digital Executive or Digital Specialist
Who we’re looking For : We are seeking a Digital Executive or Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing digital campaigns across regional markets, including Real-Time Bidding (RTB), programmatic advertising, and paid social media. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to innovative solutions in a fast-evolving digital landscape while delivering measurable value to our clients.
What You'll Do : • Campaign Management: Lead the campaign activation by developing strategies, managing campaign structure, and adhering to best practices across multiple digital advertising platforms. Ensure seamless delivery aligned with campaign objectives. • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign metrics, refine targeting and bidding strategies, and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enhanced brand visibility, increased website traffic, or lead generation etc. • Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the media planning team to evaluate campaign performance, derive actionable insights from data, and present strategic recommendations to ensure goals are met and exceeded. • Industry Innovation: Stay at the forefront of digital advertising by researching emerging tools, platforms, and trends, recommending adoption where applicable to maintain our competitive edge and elevate campaign outcomes.
What We’re Looking For : • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure flawless execution and high-quality deliverables. • Analytical Mindset: Strong aptitude for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into effective strategies that drive results. • Team Synergy: A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, thriving in a team-oriented setting while contributing to a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability. • Cultural Alignment: A professional demeanor and positive attitude that reflect our core values of excellence, teamwork, and continuous growth.
Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising or real-time bidding advertising media • Familiarity with industry platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, or social media platform) is a plus. • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow within a top-tier agency environment.

Who we’re looking for : We’re seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Executive Intern to join the Havas Hong Kong social media team. Under the guidance of a Social Media Manager, you’ll assist in managing and nurturing a portfolio of local and/or regional clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management: o Assist in managing social media profiles for clients. o Help create engaging and impactful social media content consistently. o Collaborate with the design team to craft creative content in line with client brand guidelines. o Participate in community management by responding to inquiries from followers. o Support influencer marketing initiatives and paid social advertising campaigns. o Assist in analyzing social media performance and prepare findings for reviews.
2. Client Services: o Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining positive working relationships. o Contribute innovative ideas to help drive client businesses forward. o Provide insights on various aspects of social media marketing. o Address client needs effectively, striving to exceed expectations.
3. Team Collaboration: o Collaborate with internal teams, including events, design, and advertising specialists. o Support the social media manager in various tasks as needed. o Participate in new business efforts and contribute to client pitch presentations.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience • Fluent in Cantonese & English • Familiar with channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Snapchat is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present ideas effectively. • Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with a design team. • Analytical mindset to identify data trends and insights.
