Management Trainee (MT) ($32,000/month) : A 24-month accelerated leadership journey designed to groom high-potential graduates into future managers. You’ll rotate across key business units, receive executive mentorship, and be empowered to lead change.
Graduate Trainee (GT) ($23,000/month) : A deep-dive into a specific department where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build domain expertise, and develop the leadership skills to become a future team lead.
*As a Graduate Trainee, doesn’t mean you’re locked into one path. Top performers may be promoted into the Management Trainee - giving you broader exposure and a faster path to leadership.
