Aptitude test is one of the most critical step of the selection process to evaulate a candidate's abilty and personality-fit to a specific job.  In this workshop, a variety of ability testing systems and game-based assessment tools are introduced. Through demonstration and sample exercises, students are able to deepen their understanding on the core evaluation elements.
