Development of technology and the virtual world has become more significant to the real world. People from different regions are now more connected by the internet and advancement in transport, and they develop multiple identities other than their physical status. Rather than eliminating geographical and national boundaries, this interconnectedness has, in itself, become a new dimension of identity: Not only does it provides a global forum for one to present and express him or herself, it also bridges minded individuals that were otherwise separated by physical limitations.
