The College of Business held a joint graduation celebration dinner for over 200 students, faculty, and alumni from four Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree programmes on the evening of 15 June. Several distinguished guests attended the event, including Professor Freddy Boey, CityUHK President, Professor Robert Li Kwok-yiu, Associate Dean, Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies, Professor Zhiwen Yin, Associate Dean of the School of Management at Fudan University, and Ms Anan Yang, Director of the Academic Affairs Office in the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University.
CB faculty visited the Dongguan campus on the second day for a campus tour and met with the Dongguan Campus senior management team, including Executive President Chun Lu and Vice President Julie Li, to discuss potential programme collaborations.
Dean Chan expressed excitement about the new opportunities presented by the Dongguan Campus, saying, “It is fascinating to witness the remarkable pace at which the Dongguan campus has developed, with its first cohort of students commencing their studies this September. Looking ahead, we see a horizon filled with vast opportunities for collaboration with the Dongguan campus.'
