Mr. Emil Chan

Emil is a FinTech enthusiast with over 20 years experience in managing IT and business transformation projects in international financial institutions. He had worked for several sizeable international banks including Credit Suisse and BayernLB as the roles of First Vice President, Head of IT in Asia Pacific, Project Director and Operations Manager AP. He has extensive experience in both Business and IT consulting encompassing the design, setup, leading and managing of cross-border projects throughout Asia. Emil is currently the co-founder and CEO of Starthub Holding Ltd., a startup entrepreneur consulting firm. He is also a part-time lecturer of postgraduate eBusiness and FinTech courses for several renowned universities in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Moreover, he compiles and delivers in-house training courses for well known international companies and financial institutions, facilitating their staff to make good use of technology to increase the companies' competitiveness.

Emil had obtained a bachelor degree on Applied Computer Science and graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is also a certified NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Trainer.


Mr. SL Robert Liu

SL Robert Liu (劉曉黎先生) is the Executive Director of Yintran Group (銀傳集團). Developed a HK e-wallet that allows anyone or any merchant to make or receive payment via mobile with bank-grade security. Shandong decent (山東), born in Taipei (出生於台北), raised in Tokyo and the US (東京與美國長大). Spent last 20+ years in Hong Kong (家於香港). Engineering and banking for 20+ years in HK, NY, LA, and Silicon Valley. Graduate of W&M (High Honors), Stanford (Engineering), UCLA (MBA). Yintran brings innovation in the e-wallet experience. A Hong Kong based company, started and developed in Hong Kong, with focus on technology, security, design and innovation. Founders are seasoned banker, lawyer and engineer who have the passion in technology, design and innovation. Our mission is to allow people to money transfer with the lowest possible barrier.


Dr. Jacky Ting

Dr. Jacky Ting is the Digital Services Lead of Greater China Region at Cognizant. Prior to joining Cognizant, he worked at PCCW Solutions Limited with the position of Practice Leader in Digital Solutions. In 2011, he is awarded with doctoral degree in Medical Informatics and Data Mining from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Starting from March 2013, he is appointed as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, PolyU, responsible for advising the department in areas of digital services, engineering management and project management.
