Mr. Albert Koo, Chief Risk Officer of China Minsheng Bank (Hong Kong)

Albert is Chief Risk Officer at China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch. He is a risk professional with over 25 years of banking experience in China and Hong Kong. He was Executive Director and Vice President of Bank of Chongqing and served in various risk management positions at Dah Sing Bank (China) Ltd., ABN AMRO, Hang Seng Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Dr. Michael C S Wong, Associate Professor of Finance, City University of Hong Kong

Michael is an Associate Professor of Finance at City University of Hong Kong, specializing on bank risk management and financial markets. He architected and reviewed risk models for bank management in the areas of wealth management due diligence, credit assessment, stress testing and financial asset pricing. Dr. Wong served as a founding member of Global Association of Risk Professionals’ FRM Committee in 1998-2002, and an examiner of the examinations of both HKSI and HKIB for the past 15 years.


Mr. Philip Rodd, Hong Kong Risk Leader, E&Y Advisory

Philip is the Hong Kong Risk Leader and the APAC Financial Crime Leader for EY. Phil has worked with EY in Hong Kong and Japan since July 2003 and is focused on providing risk advisory and regulatory compliance services to clients. Prior to joining EY, Phil worked for Citigroup in Germany, the UK and Japan. Phil provides regulatory compliance, internal control and internal audit advisory services to a number of clients, covering implementation, transformation, third party verification and other areas.
