We will be running Assessment Centre Preparation Workshop with a seasonal human resource professional, Miss. Jacqueline Lo this year. Developing Your Leadership Influencing Skill with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a conventional workshop for all UG students across schools and colleges.

In this interactive on-campus workshop you will learn:
- Leadership essentials as a high impact leader: understand your leadership style, and the elements which high impact leaders have
- High impact leadership in a rapidly changing world: experience what makes you a high impact leader in a changing environment
- Practices need to be developed as a high impact leader: enhance your skills to deal with changes
