This program is designed to help managers enhance their ability to achieve their business objectives by providing the knowledge and skills needed to develop, retain, and manage subordinates. The program starts with foundation courses in strategy and organizational behavior, which provides the basis for understanding organizations and employees. Key managerial knowledge and skills are provided through courses concentrating upon leadership, collaborations, communications, and employee engagement. The first and second years of the program are finished off with integrative courses on human capital and organizational transformation respectively. These integrative courses are designed to help managers learn how to leverage various managerial tools in a coherent way to bridge the gap between organizational objectives and employee performance.
Applicants are expected to have a recognized degree or equivalent. Those who have at least five years of post-qualification managerial professional experience will be given priority for admission. Applicants whose entrance qualification is obtained from an institution where the medium of instruction is not English must also demonstrate English proficiency.
