Major Elective Courses Recommendations based on Industry Sectors

A good course planning in the undergraduate studies based on your aspired career path will give you an advantage of seizing better opportunities upon graduation. Our major electives offer students a wide variety of choices and flexibility in pursuing management and consultant positions. Students can customize the curriculum to meet their career interests and goals. To assist our students in choosing major electives, we have prepared an overview of electives recommendation for students who are interested in a particular industry sector.

These industry sector-based recommendations are just one of the many sources of advice in choosing your major electives. We encourage students to consider other sources of advice such as faculty, alumni, recruiters and fellow students. Recommended major electives for different industry sectors are listed as follows:

# Students are allowed to take both CB3800 and MS3403. If both courses are taken, (a) they must be taken in different academic years and under different organizations, (b) only one of them can be used to satisfy major elective requirements and the other can be used to fulfill free elective course requirements.
