to maintain a database related to Energy & Environmental data, information and policies implemented in Hong Kong for all stakeholders.
to provide annual energy outlook of Hong Kong to all stakeholders.
to develop and report Energy & Environmental Benchmarking Indexes for industries and government
to develop quantitative and qualitative methodologies for conducting energy-environmental policy analysis
to conduct some forums, seminars, and conferences when necessary and to make publications.
