Research Areas

Healthcare, Information Security, and Economics of Information Systems

Juhee Kwon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the College of Business, City University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on the economics of information systems, healthcare information systems, and information security, with particular interests in eHealth and AI-enabled healthcare. Her work has appeared in leading journals, including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and Journal of Management Information Systems, among others. She served as an Associate Editor for MIS Quarterly from 2020 to 2024 and has also served multiple times as a Track Co-Chair for International Conference on Information Systems.
