The College of Business Room Booking System is designed for use with the smartlock hardware system installed in Lau Ming Wai Academic Building (LAU), using City University ID cards (for both staff and student).
The main function of the system is to enable each individual authorized user to make a booking for a specified room in a specified time for a specified group of people. They can then gain access to this room during the specified period by using their ID cards on the smartcard readers of the corresponding doors.

Multi-Purpose Rooms LAU-8-210, LAU-8-220 and LAU-8-230 will no longer be available for use after 1 April 2025.
