Haeyoung Koo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. Her research explores the intersection of corporate governance and strategy, focusing on the behavioural aspects of firms’ decision-making processes and their strategic implications.
Prior to joining the doctoral program, Haeyoung worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in New York. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the University of California Irvine, M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and B.A. from Brown University.
