Jiajia Cong is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the City University of Hong Kong. His research interests center around Quantitative Marketing and Industrial Organization, with a focus on data, platforms, incentives, and the digital economy. Prior to his current role, he served at the School of Management, Fudan University, from 2018 to 2024.
