Minkyu Shin is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the City University of Hong Kong. He joined the City University of Hong Kong in Fall 2021. He earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from the Yale School of Management in 2021, after completing his Master of Science in Marketing in 2016 and his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014, both from Seoul National University, Korea. He focuses on many topics in Human-AI Interactions, using various methods such as machine learning, applied econometrics, controlled experiment, and decision theory.
