Dr. Wan received her doctorate degree from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to joining the City University of Hong Kong, Dr. Wan obtained an extensive working experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her research interests are sustainable tourism, destination marketing, and hospitality & tourism management. Dr. Wan has obtained the Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) and the Certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) as offered by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA).
