Ms. Ino JIU is a strategic HR leader with 30+ years of human resources management experience in the investment banking sector, spanning diverse cultural landscapes including European, American, Korean, Asian and Mainland Chinese organizations. Ino has held a number of senior human resources executive roles including CHRO, Regional Head of Human Resources, Group Head of Human Resources, with top-tier international investment banks including J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Natixis Bank, Samsung Securities, GF Securities (Hong Kong), Haitong International Securities. Her experience is a combination of corporate governance, business restructuring, strategic human resources management, resources planning, talent/graduate management and executive coaching across multi-cultural work environments. She has an extensive network encompassing a wide variety of stakeholders from various professions.
