To learn more about the programme, you are invited to join the HKJC 2027 Management Trainee Programme Virtual Career Talk. This session will provide valuable insights into the divisions and feature a sharing session with the current management trainees, giving you the information you need to thoughtfully consider your future at the Club.

About the Programme

As part of The Hong Kong Jockey Club accelerated three-year talent programme, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Club and its unique integrated business model.  You will acquire job-related skills and knowledge through a wide range of learning and development activities, including formal training and job rotations within and across divisions. You will also work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club’s business development and its broader impact on society.

Eligibility & Application
  • University graduates in any discipline with less than 3 years working experience are welcomed to apply via our Online Application Form.
