Interview Skills Training Workshop

All students are required to attend a 2.5-hours Interview Skills Training Workshop. The outline of the workshop is:

• Identifying career goal
• Internship expectation management
• Understanding the different types of interview
• Interview skills uplift
• Interview role play
• Offer management

Only those students who have successfully completed the Interview Skills Training Workshop will be recommended for company interviews.

Pre-internship Training Workshop

Before the internship, all students are required to participate in a 2.5-hours Pre-internship Training Workshop. The outline of the workshop is:

• Situational learning
• Relationship building and networking
• Task prioritization and time management
• Maximizing learning outcome
• Business etiquette/workplace professionalism
• Guest speaker sharing
• Personal development plan

Upon completion of the training, students should be able to:

• express and present their ideas confidently;
• appreciate and acquire the essential skills in handling some of the workplace issues; and
• be familiarized with the essential work attitude required for the internship.

Mid-term sharing and Review Session

The session aims at facilitating self-realization, and learning from peers so as to further enhance overall internship experience.
