Having worked on international projects in over 20 countries for two decades, including Thailand, India, and Nigeria, I recognise the need to step out of my comfort zone and change my thinking patterns. In the past 20 years, my career has centered on international oil and gas storage and transportation projects, aligning closely with China's "go global" policy and the "Belt and Road" initiative. I have worked in over 20 countries, including Thailand, India, Chad, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, and Ghana. Starting as an assistant engineer and officer, I progressed to become the Managing Director of a multinational enterprise, accumulating extensive experience in this field. I look forward to sharing these insights in the EMBA classroom, contributing to meaningful discussions with fellow professionals.
