The term Assessment Centre does not refer to a physical place, rather an interview exercise. In an Assessment Centre interview, groups of candidates would be invited to the employing company for a half or full day to participate in an aptitude test and team-based exercises that simulate those encountered in the real workplace. Participants are given an opportunity to experience a half-day Assessment Center which includes an ability test and group discussion get immediate and valuable feedback about their performance.
