LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovation designed to enhance business performance as part of a workshop that introduces new skills and prompts dialogue.  It is gradually used at job assessment centers to assess students' leadership and influential skills. Through this workshop, students are able to faciliate and demonstrate their capabilitise in thinking, communication, and problem solving in a team environment.
