The SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) is a personality assessment tool that focuses specifically on workplace behaviours. It measures 32 dimensions of individuals’ behaviour style that will impact on their performance of competencies at work. The OPQ32r is widely used in both recruitment and career development globally. Objectives
By taking the questionnaire and participating in an one-on-one confidential feedback session, you will have:

Time Commitment
It will take you around 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire followed by a 30-min one-on-one coaching session.
