09:30 – 10:00 Understanding IBD
10:00 – 12:00 Merges & Acquisitions Simulation
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch Break
13:00 – 13:30 IPO Overview
13:30 – 16:30 IPO Simulation
Key outcome:
- Take on a role of an IBD Junior Analyst and dive into the Activision & Microsoft M&A deal
- Build your own financial analysis model and prepare a bespoke client pitch deck
- Become part of the Equity Capital Market team and help your client build their company IPO roadshow pitch deck
- Complete IPO valuation and conduct IPO soft circling and bookbuilding
- To obtain Level 4 Diploma accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance for completing the full-day workshop (only students who attended the full program will be awarded with the Level 4 Diploma)
