Biography
I received my PhD degree in Operational Research from the University of Birmingham, UK and MS in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. My research interests include scheduling, optimization, capacity planning, simulation and health care applications. I have conducted consultancy projects with the Hospital Authority of Hong and applied project with the Direction Association for the Handicapped. I have published in the European Journal of Operational Research, Computers & Operations Research, Computers & Industrial Engineering, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics and Journal of the Operational Research Society.
