Biography
Biying Shou is a Professor of Management Sciences at City University of Hong Kong. She received B.E. from Tsinghua University (China) and M.S. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University (USA). Her main research interests include operations and supply chain management as well as network economics. She has published in leading journals including Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, and IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing. She also serves as an Independent Director of Ningbo Jansen Superconducting Technologies Co., Ltd.
