CityU Talents Programme

Students under the CityU Talents Programme will be provided with opportunities for interdisciplinary learning through enriching and challenging study options, arrays of stimulating co-curricular activities, and support through one-on-one academic and career mentorship.

Eligible students can choose to pursue a BBA Global Operations Management (Undergraduate Degree) plus MSc Operations and Supply Chain Management (Taught Postgraduate Degree Programme).

Admission Criteria

New Year 1 Students

  1. HKDSE score ≥ 23 in 3 core and 2 elective subjects with attained in Citizenship and Social Development; or
  2. IB score ≥ 38 or an equivalent overseas qualification as determined by the home academic unit in consultation with the College; or
  3. Fulfil the entrance scholarship requirements
Existing Year 1 Students

  1. Top 10% of year 1 undergraduate students in the College of Business and a minimum CGPA of 3.4;
  2. No failed grades in any courses in Semesters A and B;
  3. Completion of at least 30 credit units in Semesters A and B, including the number of credit units specified by the College of Business/ home academic units of required courses; and
  4. Recommended by the Major Leader
On-going Performance in Undergraduate Study

  1. A minimum exit CGPA of 3.4 or above at the end of Semester B of the year; and
  2. Conditions of offer for Admission set by the offering department of the TPg Programmes

Tuition Fees

  • Conditional offer from TPG(postgraduate) when the student is admitted to the CityU Talent Programme.
  • Completing 121 CUs of BBA Global Operations Management undergraduate (UG) programme requirements including 21 CUs of assigned TPG courses.
  • Paying the UG tuition fees when they are completing the 121 CUs.
  • Registering as TPG students after completing the 121 CUs for UG, and pay self-financing TPG tuition fees for the remaining 21 CUs for TPG requirements.

Authority of Approval

Approval of entry to and exit from the UG and TPG degree programme rests with the respective programme offering academic unit
