Liu Rui undertook her PhD in Economics at the University of California, Irvine in 2007. She observed that the MSAE programme distinguishes itself with high caliber faculty members, including many world renowned economists. "Teachers are very serious about their research and they are enthusiastic and passionate about teaching," Rui said.
