On 13 October, the City University of Hong Kong EMBA Association (EMBAA) held its annual roundtable dinner, bringing together alumni, professors, and friends for a meaningful reunion.

The evening began with a welcome from Chairlady Ms. Jesse Yau, followed by a keynote address from Professor KC Chan GBS, SBS, JP. As Chairman of WeLab Bank, Chairman of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, and former Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor Chan shared insights on economic trends, Sino-US dynamics, the USD-HKD peg, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, concluding with an optimistic view of Hong Kong’s resilience.

Programme Director Professor Michael Wong also highlighted the growth of the Global EMBA programme.
