Planning activities with the mentees

You may interact with your mentees in various settings. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Afternoon tea or lunch.
2. Student mentees visit your workplace to understand your company and industry.
3. Business shadowing – perhaps let your mentees attend your business meetings, if permissible.
4. Invite your mentees to attend business events (e.g. seminars, exhibition, and luncheon).
5. Attend seminars at City University of Hong Kong with your mentees.
