Speaker: Ms. Suzanne CHEUNG
Head of Sustainability, Swire Coca-Cola HK Limited
Bio:
Ms. CHEUNG is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment and the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals. With over 12 years in senior positions in NGOs and private sector, she accumulated extensive experience related to sustainability, from strategies and policies development, management and advisory; project planning and execution; awareness promotion and training; to research and survey. Her expertise covers waste management, green purchasing, environmentally preferable products as well as climate change.
Being the Head of Sustainability and in charge of the Public Affairs and Communications Department of Swire Coca-Cola HK, Suzanne directs the engagement with stakeholders on corporate developments and achievements. With the launch of the Swire Coca-Cola 2030 SD Strategy, Suzanne also lead Swire Coca-Cola HK sustainability strategy and initiatives under ‘Planet’, ‘Product’ and ‘People’.

Senior Advisor, Bowtie Life Insurance Company Limited
Bio:
Mr. TSANG is a Senior Advisor of Bowtie Life Insurance Company, a mission-driven life and health insurer in Hong Kong. He shares his strategic insights with the management and helps bring its mission of addressing the health insurance gap in Hong Kong to life. John is passionate about challenging the traditional insurance model and bringing more to the community with insurance that is made simple and affordable through technology.
John is the former Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government from 2007 to 2017. He is currently the Founder of Esperanza, a non-profit organization, the Host of a weekly music program on Commercial Radio and a fencing coach at La Salle College.
Speaker: Mr. Donald TSE
Chairman and Executive Director, Hung Fook Tong Group Holdings Limited
Bio:
Mr. TSE is the Chairman and an Executive Director of the Company. Mr. TSE is one of the Group’s founders and responsible for the overall direction, business strategy and corporate communication. He has over 30 years of experience in commerce and the herbal drinks industry, respectively. After joining the Group in November 1988, he developed the Group’s central production facilities and product delivery logistics and managed the Group’s procurement of production equipment and the leasing and renovation of retail shops. He is the vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades, a member of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries as well as an elected member of the general committee and a member of Promotion and Advocacy Committee of Hong Kong Brand Development Council. Mr. TSE has obtained “2016 Honorary Fellow” from The Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries on 13 December 2016
Speaker: Dr. Yoojung AHN
Assistant Professor, Department of Management
Bio:
Yoojung AHN, PhD. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests lie at the nexus of strategy process and organizational theory, focusing on the multilevel processes that lead to firm outcomes such as corporate sustainability and collaborative strategies. Her research particularly focuses on the socio-cognitive processes of how to achieve these strategic outcomes. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and received her M.A. from Columbia University and B.A. from Korea University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. AHN worked as a corporate sustainability manager at Proctor & Gamble.
